1. About BorderSathi
BorderSathi is an online driver directory that connects passengers with independent taxi drivers.
BorderSathi is not a taxi operator, travel agency, or booking platform.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use the app for lawful purposes.
Verify driver details before travelling.
Discuss fare directly with the driver.
Follow local transport regulations.
3. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain valid driving licence and vehicle documents.
Behave professionally.
Charge fair and transparent fares.
Follow all applicable laws.
4. No Booking Relationship
BorderSathi only provides driver information.
The travel agreement exists only between:
Passenger ↔ Driver
BorderSathi is not a party to the agreement.
5. Payments
BorderSathi does not collect passenger payments.
All payments are settled directly between passenger and driver.
6. Limitation of Liability
BorderSathi shall not be responsible for:
Fare disputes
Delays
Driver behaviour
Vehicle condition
Lost baggage
Accidents
Travel cancellations
7. Suspension
BorderSathi may remove any driver or user who violates company policies.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

BorderSathi Disclaimer
BorderSathi is only a driver directory.
BorderSathi:
❌ Does not operate taxis
❌ Does not provide transportation services
❌ Does not guarantee driver availability
❌ Does not determine fares
❌ Does not verify every driver document in real time
Passengers are advised to verify:
Driver identity
Vehicle details
Fare
Travel documents
before beginning any journey.
4. Driver Registration Terms
Before joining BorderSathi, every driver agrees that:
✔ Information submitted is correct.
✔ Driver holds a valid Driving Licence.
✔ Vehicle has valid Registration Certificate.
✔ Vehicle has valid Insurance.
✔ Driver will follow traffic rules.
✔ Driver is solely responsible for passenger safety.
BorderSathi may remove listings without prior notice if false information is found.
5. Community Guidelines
To maintain trust:
Drivers should:
✔ Be polite
✔ Arrive on time
✔ Maintain vehicle cleanliness
✔ Display transparent pricing
✔ Avoid misleading information
Passengers should:
✔ Respect drivers
✔ Confirm fare before travel
✔ Avoid abusive language
6. Cancellation Policy
Since BorderSathi has:
No booking
No payment
there is no cancellation policy.
Instead:
Passengers should directly communicate with drivers.
7. Refund Policy
BorderSathi does not collect payments from passengers.
Therefore,
No refund policy is applicable.
If in future premium driver subscriptions are introduced:
Refunds for subscription plans shall be governed separately.
8. Driver Verification Policy
BorderSathi may verify:
Mobile Number
Driving Licence
Vehicle Registration
Vehicle Insurance
A "Verified" badge only means documents have been reviewed.
It is not a guarantee of future conduct.
9. Content Policy
Drivers must not upload:
❌ Fake vehicle photos
❌ Fake numbers
❌ Offensive content
❌ Political material
❌ Religious hate
❌ Spam
BorderSathi reserves the right to remove such listings.

Mobile App

is the property of BorderSathi.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
